SPG Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of Omoda Jaecoo vehicles in Nepal, has continued its partnership with the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) for the third edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL), scheduled for 2026.
The company will serve as the tournament’s “Powered By” sponsor, having previously been associated with the league as its “Driven By” partner since its inaugural edition in 2024.
The latest agreement marks an expanded role for Omoda Jaecoo in the country’s domestic T20 cricket tournament. The partnership has continued across all three editions of the NPL, with the automotive brand maintaining its association with one of Nepal’s prominent cricket competitions.
In previous editions, Omoda Jaecoo supported individual player recognition through a vehicle award initiative for the Player of the Tournament. However, the arrangements for continuing the initiative in the 2026 edition have not yet been confirmed.
The third edition of the Nepal Premier League will see the partnership continue as the tournament builds on its presence in Nepal’s domestic cricket calendar.
Further details about the sponsorship activities and associated initiatives for the 2026 season are yet to be confirmed.
